I am a multidisciplinary artist predominantly focused on the unique experiences and emotions under the circumstances of the contemporary world. My work is metaphorical and actively raw to elicit emotion from myself and my viewers. The process involves embracing a raw element in my mediums, unstretched canvas, impulsive use of paint, ink, and charcoal, readymade sculptures, and bare metals. To look for an intensified response is more valued than the refinement of the resulting artwork, it creates a shared vulnerable moment between me and the viewers.

My subjects are altered to create melancholic visuals, oftentimes charged with blues and reds with expressive figuration. I am constantly experimenting with techniques and execution to apply to my work, as I believe that growth is constant. Especially when it comes to the tools and medium, I challenge myself to never find myself entirely comfortable with the process. All so that I may find new ways to create.
